This can be the most important week of the year. Perhaps you feel like you were “bad” last week with your Thanksgiving celebration. Maybe you took some rest and feel rejuvenated. Either way, we have about a month left in the year. You have the chance to end it on a hight note and to set your self up to begin next year with a great start toward all of your goals. If you don’t have goals, lets start thinking about some things you would like to accomplish in 2017.
