What is CrossFit?
As expressed on CrossFit.com website, our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
What is CrossFit Tipping Point?
We are the largest CrossFit gym in Peachtree Corners and Norcross, GA. Our coaches have years of experience training all levels with both male and female coaches. With between 2-6 members in each class, you are guaranteed to get the attention and training you deserve to get results fast. We focus on both strength and conditioning and our program is perfect for those at a beginner level trying to get started on a fitness program.
How is CrossFit Tipping Point different than big chain gyms?
CrossFit Tipping Point provides small group classes with personal attention by a qualified trainer. Our varied workouts are similar to the strength and conditioning programs in Division I NCAA colleges. Our trainers will teach you the fundamentals of strength and conditioning, educate you on nutritional concepts, and develop tailored programming to help you achieve your individual goals. The overall objective at CrossFit Tipping Point is continuous improvement. After a few months, our members notice significant progress in their flexibility, strength, conditioning, and body composition. In addition to personalized fitness, CrossFit Tipping Point is a social and supportive community for our athletes!

Do you help with nutrition?
Yes, nutrition is an important foundation for overall fitness and wellness. We discuss nutrition with each of our clients. We can help adapt a nutritional program that works for your lifestyle and food preferences.

Do you have Showers?
We do! CrossFit Tipping Point has 2 individual shower rooms so you can get to work on time!
How much does CrossFit cost?
Unlike most gyms, you are entitled to unlimited training classes per month. Want to train 6 days a week? We don’t advise it, but you can do it. We do offer specialized classes and rate options for the Beginners class, so please call 404-451-9385 or email to review and set-up your initial appointment.
1 Month = $200 per month
6 Months = $175 per month
12 Months = $150 per month
Do you accept drop ins?
We love drop-ins! All we ask is that you please call (404) 451-9385 or email at least 12 hours in advance to let us know you are coming. We manage our classes with a reservation system, so we want to make sure that there is room and enough coaches during the time you want to attend.

Do you offer Personal Training?
We do offer personal training! If you are worried about getting started with CrossFit and keeping up with the class, this could be a great option for you. Or, if group training is not your thing and you want one on one personal attention, with workouts and nutrition plans to meet your specific goals, this will be a great option for you!
One on One Sessions starting at $50 per hour. Or 10 sessions for $400 ($40 per session)
