Many of you have been pushing really hard lately. It is excellent to see you all stepping up your WOD game. With the extra work capacity and strength comes increased responsibility to your body. If you want to keep it up, you are going to stay mobile. If you haven’t tried it, you need to check out the Yoga For Athletes class.
