Don’t let the holidays take control of you this year. Have a great time this season with your friends and family. Celebrate and be thankful but, don’t sabotage your hard work by skipping your workouts or abandoning the healthy changes you have make to your diet. What I am saying is, don’t deprive yourself, and don’t go crazy. Stay focused on your goals and think about what’s next.
