Getting under the bar fast is the best way to feel the least amount of pain on this one.  Concentrate on keeping the bar close and you’ll love yourself after.

Many of you have been pushing really hard lately.  It is excellent to see you all stepping up your WOD game.  With the extra work capacity and strength comes increased responsibility to your body.  If you want to keep it up, you are going to stay mobile.  If you haven’t tried it, you need to check out the Yoga For Athletes class.  Even if you cannot make it a regular thing, learning some tips and stretches to help mobilize will go a long way.  You might even find yourself mobilizing in an airport in Amsterdam like Kate….
